Greetings!

I converted NNCP's Git repository from SHA1 to SHA256 object format.
Its history lost submodules mention, but they were used until NNCP
moved to native Go modules. And all tags have regenerated OpenSSH
signatures. Cryptographically insecure SHA1 is still something
strange to see in cryptography-related software, especially when
Git gained SHA256 support a many years ago.
